The great advantage to Microfibre Cloths is that they can be washed several hundred times and re-used. Furthermore, they are machine washable.

Cloths do not need to be washed after every use ;usually they can be just rinsed, but when they become soiled or stained, you can wash them in a washing machine.

Here's how to wash them:

It's best to separate heavily soiled cloths from lighter soiled ones, and wash each load separately.

Wash Microfibre cloths on their own ; mixing with other materials may cause them to pick up lint.

Oil or Grease on cloths should be pre-treated witha stain remover

Select a warm water wash and normal cycle and add dishwasher soap as normal

Do not use fabric softeners (particularly sheets) as these can disturb the static charge that gives the cloths their effectiveness.

Heavily soiled cloths should be washed in hotter water, as this causes the fibres to exapnd and release trapped dirt.

Once complete, cloths can be dryed either in a dryer or hung out to dry

Handwashing

If you have a small quantity of cloths that does not warrant a washing machine load, they can be handwashed.

Simply add some washing powder (or even washing up liquid) to warm water, wash through and rinse with cold water.

Always dry cloths thoroughly before putting away.
